Alex is hardworking, easy-going, athletic, and has a great sense of humor! But he also has a serious and virtuous side. Despite being a senior, he’s in the same junior-level English class as Val. Alex has a very big family who he cares for deeply, and he is a devout Catholic.

He gets along surprisingly well with Liam, and considers him one of his closest friends. The two of them are practically inseparable.

He transformed into Garnet Heart in order to protect his family from the Nightmares, and represents passion and devotion. As Garnet Heart he has power over fire.
