Sophie Route Walkthrough

In order to proceed past episode 7 you need decent friendship (hidden stat), thirty or more affection with Alex (blue heart level), and eight affection points with Liam (grey heart level)

​You do not need to strictly adhere to the answers in this guide and it is possible to advance by picking different options, however these answers will maximize the amount of friendship points as well as the amount of affection you can gain with Sophie and Ethan.

Spoiler-free Hints

  • Sophie already likes you, but don’t let that fool you into believing you won’t need to put in any effort, she won’t make a move on her own.

  • Ethan always comes first when it comes to Sophie. Make sure to stay in his good graces in order to pursue Sophie.

  • On that note, because Sophie heavily prioritizes Ethan’s happiness, If his affection gets too high, Sophie will step down from the bachelorette pool.

  • Sophie and Amber have a special CG together. Unlock it by becoming good friends with both of them.

  • Valerie needs to be good friends with everyone on the team, try not to be too mean to your friends.

  • Sophie HATES Liam. Try to avoid siding with him too often in front of her.

  • Once in a relationship with her it should be smooth sailing but the previous tips still apply! Sophie will always be there for you, make sure to let her know how much you appreciate her.

Specifics

In order to enter her route you need to maintain Best Friendship level with Ethan (Yellow heart level), 70 points of affection(Pink Heart), and 70 friendship points

Val has been spending a lot more time with her new magical friends than with Ethan, hasn’t she? Starting in Episode 9, Ethan will gain jealousy points which can cause a loss in affection in both him and Sophie. Make sure he feels included when you guys hang out!

To unlock the special form change CG in episode 11 you have to have 45 Affection (Green Heart, but to be safe aim for Yellow!)  with both Sophie and Amber, as well as 65 Friend points.  Be nice to Amber!

When Zacharie asks Valerie who she has a crush on, you must pick Sophie to unlock her route.

*These choices gain little to no affection with Sophie, but will gain friendship points.

(Depending on your affection level with Ethan, you might want to prioritize him a little more to avoid an AP loss with Sophie, however try not to let Ethan get too high!)

  • Go to the museum with Sophie and Ethan (-FP, -AP with Alex, and -AP with Liam if you promised to hang out with them instead)

  • Nah, she's probably too busy with her other plans... (-FP but avoids a jealousy gain with Ethan)

  • Hmph! Aren’t I a pretty girl? (+AP with Sophie, -AP with Ethan, +JP with Ethan)

  • H-hey, so have you been feeling alright recently, Ethan? (+AP with Ethan and +FP) 

    • Environmental Exhibit (+AP with Sophie, -AP with Ethan, +JP with Ethan)

      • Yup! (-JP if Ethan is at Yellow Heart)

  • OR ...Do you think they had dinosaurs on Glimmer? (+AP with Amber, -AP with Ethan. If you promised to hang out with Alex on this day you will lose another -AP with Alex and -FP. Liam will gain back his lost AP and gain an additional 2 AP for calling him)
