TBD!

The game is available on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android devices.
As for iOS, there are no plans to port to iPhone or iPad at this time. iOS app development requires devs to own a Mac computer and pay a hefty 100USD-per-year development fee in order to put their games on the app store. As a smaller developer I’m admittedly not confident that I’d be able to profit from the game enough to justify the fees and upkeep required to develop for iOS. Sorry! -
Translation is extremely expensive, especially for Visual Novels which are inherently text based. It would cost thousands of dollars just to get the demo translated into one additional language.
This is an indie project made by one person and I do not have the resources to pursue official translations at this time.
As for fan translations, I allow fans to translate on their own time as long as it's clearly labeled as a fan project, but this is entirely out of my hands and up to fans to create.

There will be a free version as well as a paid “deluxe” version with additional routes. Each route will be 6.99 USD individually.
Everyone will have a chance to play MWDH in some form without paying. -
The free version will have four adorable and distinct characters to smooch (Sophie, Ethan, Zacharie, and Opal), a friendship route with Amber, and tons of content.
The paid version adds even more adorable characters to smooch! (Alex, Liam, Clover, Chandra, and Diana), and extra content for the existing routes! All extra routes and content will also be available separately.

Magical Warrior Diamond Heart is not a Y/N self insert game.
Valerie is an established character in this universe with a set personality and backstory, and the plot revolves around her and her story. She can not be changed.
-
Yes you can smooch girls!! Clover, Sophie, Chandra, Ethan, Liam, Alex, and Zacharie are all romance options. Diana and Opal were added in thanks to the generousity of the Kickstarter backers!
As for potentially adding more love interests for Valerie to pursue, that is not feasible, sorry! But don’t worry, the characters will get more content in the future if you just can’t get enough of them! -
Magical Warrior Diamond Heart is rated M for Violence, Blood, Suggestive Themes, Drug Reference, and Strong Language.
The base game and all nine DLC routes includes some themes that may be distressing to others, including mental health struggles, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and abuse. This story also depicts magic-based violence, blood/injury, and body horror.
There are no explicit scenes in the base game or main routes, however, some optional DLC bonus or side story scenes may contain 18+ adult content.
All characters depicted in adult scenes are 18 years or older.

Nope. MWDH is a solo project, meaning I (Dreamy Pyon/Pyonkotchi) am the main creative and the main writer. But that does not mean I do all the work! Lots of talented people have a hand in all the things that made the game how it is.
Credits for all assets used and everyone who had a hand in the project can be found on the credits page.
You can also see in my Itch profile a collection of assets I have used that are available on the site that you can use as well <3 -
Yes MWDH will be partially voiced!
The main characters have been cast but keep an eye our for future auditions! I’d love to add in full voicing someday, once the script is complete and finalized that is. But full voice acting is quite expensive! If you would like to see that become a reality some day then please show your support and make it known!
-
Absolutely please do so! Check my streaming guidelines policy for information on what is and is not allowed to be streamed.
Gameplay specific
-
Most of the common route is fully playable but some variants are currently missing!! This is what is NOT in the demo:
Episode 10 (Diana's scenes)
Episode 11 (Sophie and Amber)
Episode 13 (All except Chandra, Liam, and Alex)
Episode 14 Epilogues: All except Liam, Alex, Opal, and Chandra
Zacharie's confession in e12 is unavailable and will not be available until their e13 is.
The demo only covers episodes 1-14 and will not cover anything past that point.
-
Character routes start at the very end of episode 14. In order to unlock each them you need to meet their specific requirements.
You can view the walkthrough if you need additional help, however, keep in mind: the demo ends at episode 14 and does not cover anything past that. There are no character routes in the demo.
-
The common route progression relies on a combination of AP (affection points) and FP (friend points) which is a hidden stat. You can view a walkthrough if you need additional help here.
-
Accessories are associated with specific points in the routes and are not available in the demo. Glasses are unlocked upon entering Sophie and Liam's routes for the first time. Cat ears are unlocked after playing through cat day in game (2/22) or upon entering Diana's route for the first time
-
The trailer and promotional videos are meant to give you a preview of what will be in the full version of the game and contain footage of content that is unavailable in the demo.
-
Sophie and Amy are nicknames.
-
While other characters may toy with the idea of multiple partners, this game is a route based visual novel and each route focuses on a specific character story. It is not possible to mix and match or double up on character routes.
-
Zacharie uses he/they pronouns and are written as a feminine-leaning nonbinary person. Please be respectful when discussing them and their presentation.
